FAQ
- Is the PDF a tax invoice?
- No. It is a quotation or a job card. It shows VAT so the customer sees the full price, but it is not a tax invoice. Issue tax invoices from your accounting or invoicing software, and ask your accountant about the VAT rules that apply to you.
- How do I send it on WhatsApp?
- On a phone, tap Share PDF and pick WhatsApp. If your browser cannot share files, the PDF downloads and you can attach it from Downloads. Copy WhatsApp summary gives you a short text version too.
- What is free and what does Pro add?
- Free makes 5 PDFs a month on this device. Pro, included with the Garage Job Cards kit, removes the limit, puts your logo on the PDF, removes the Karuna Labs footer line and exports your history to CSV.
- Are my customers' details uploaded?
- No. The PDF is made in this browser tab. Your workshop details and the last 100 documents are saved in this browser's local storage on this device only, so clearing browser data deletes them. See the privacy page.
- Is the Arabic correct?
- The fixed labels are shown in English and Arabic. Your own entries appear exactly as you type them. If a label should be worded differently in your workshop, email us and we will change it.
