- No. It is a one-off kit: a phone tool that makes quotation and job card PDFs, plus an Excel / Google Sheets job register with parts stock and service reminders. There is no online booking, customer portal or accounting. It suits small workshops and mobile mechanics who don't want a monthly subscription.
- Are the PDFs tax invoices?
- No. They are quotations and job cards. They show 5% VAT so the customer sees the full price, but you should issue tax invoices from your accounting or invoicing software. Ask your accountant about VAT.
- How does the Pro key work?
- After purchase you get a licence key by email. Paste it into the free quote maker on your phone and it unlocks unlimited PDFs, your logo, no Karuna Labs footer and CSV export. It is checked on the device; nothing is sent. Starter covers 1 device, Workshop 3.
