- Do cleaners need to install an app or create an account?
- No. They scan the QR code with the phone camera, the checklist opens in the browser, and they send the proof on WhatsApp or email like any other message.
- Where is the data stored?
- There is no server. The site checklist is stored inside the QR link itself. A finished visit travels as a PDF and a short link in the message the cleaner sends you. Your sites and visit log are saved in your own browser's local storage, so keep using the same phone or computer, and export the log from time to time. See the privacy page.
- Can a cleaner fake the time?
- Times come from the cleaner's phone clock and photos are stamped when they are added, so this is good everyday evidence, not a tamper-proof audit trail. The WhatsApp message itself also carries the time it was sent.
- If I change the tasks, do I need a new QR?
- Yes, because the tasks are inside the QR link. Edit the site, print the new poster and replace the old one. Old QR codes keep working with the old list.
- What does Pro add?
