Who it's for
Barbershops, ladies' salons, nail and beauty studios in the UAE with 1 to 20 staff that take bookings by phone, walk-in or WhatsApp and keep clients in a notebook, a phone or a messy sheet. If you already pay for a booking system you are happy with, you probably don't need this.

FAQ
- Is this a booking system?
- No. It does not take online bookings or payments. It is a client book: visit history, who is due to rebook, the WhatsApp message to send, no-shows and staff commission. If you need online booking, a booking system is the right tool; this is for salons that book by phone and WhatsApp and don't want a monthly fee or marketplace commission.
- Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?
- No. For each client it writes the rebooking message in English or Arabic with their name and last service. You copy it, tap Send to open the chat and paste. Nothing is sent without you, and there are no per-message fees. Only message clients who gave you their number for appointment messages.
- How is commission calculated?
- On each person's services and retail for the month, after discounts and before VAT, at the rates you enter for them. Pro adds an optional monthly target with an extra percentage above it. Check the result against each contract before paying.
- Does it work in Google Sheets?
- Yes. File > Import > Upload. It also works in Excel 2019 or later / Microsoft 365 and LibreOffice. No macros.
- Salon or Pro?
