How it works

1. List payees in Excel (Name, Routing, Account, Account type, Amount, ID).
2. PayBatchKit checks every ABA routing number checksum and builds a NACHA file: file header, PPD/CCD batch, entries, batch and file control with entry hash, totals and 10-record blocking.
3. Optionally add a balancing offset entry to your own account if your bank requires balanced files.

FAQ

PPD or CCD? PPD for payments to consumers (e.g. payroll), CCD for business-to-business.

Company ID? Usually '1' followed by your 9-digit EIN; your bank confirms the exact value.

Is my data uploaded? No, files are generated locally.
