What you get
- One row per transaction. Batch bookings (several TxDtls in one entry) are split into their individual payments when the amounts add up.
- Columns: booking and value date, signed amount, currency, counterparty name and IBAN, description / remittance, end-to-end ID, bank reference, transaction code.
- Balance check: opening balance plus transactions must equal the closing balance, so you can see when a file is incomplete.
- MT940: structured :86: fields (/NAME/ /IBAN/ /REMI/ and German ?20–?33 subfields) are read into separate columns.
