- Does this replace our practice management system?
- No. It is a lightweight add-on for the records many small clinics still keep on paper or in scattered spreadsheets: recall follow-up, treatment-plan follow-up, chair utilisation and the sterilisation logbook. Appointments, clinical notes, billing and NABIDH / Malaffi / Riayati reporting stay in your practice system.
- Does it make us DHA compliant?
- No product can do that on its own. The sterilisation log has the fields DHA's outpatient standards list for a sterilisation logbook, and the checklist summarises DHA's dental infection-control guideline with references. It is a record-keeping aid, not advice. Read the originals and follow your IPC policy and the manufacturer's instructions.
- What patient data goes in?
- File number, first name, mobile, preferred language, last visit date and the recall interval the dentist set. No clinical details. Keep the file on clinic-controlled storage, limit access, and only message patients who agreed to be contacted.
- Does it work in Arabic?
- Every sheet has English and Arabic labels, and the recall message is ready in both languages.
